  9. Carefully lift the longest edge and start to gently roll the dough. The dough may stick so have a spatula ready to help lift the dough from the surface.
  10. Cut the dough into about 12-14 equal slices.
  11. Place the slices down on the greased baking tray.
  12. Cover the tray with clingfilm and let them rise for an hour or until they have doubled in size.
  13. Preheat oven to 180c.
  14. Remove clingfilm and transfer tray to oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes (This is the average time but times can vary).
  15. While the rolls are baking, make the icing by mixing all the ingredients together until fluffy and smooth.
  16. When the rolls are done, spread the icing over the top.
