  1. Take 1 packet china grass or agar agar 8gms
  2. Take 1/2 litre milk
  3. Prepare 125 gms fresh cream

  2. Grind china in a mixer
  3. Take a non stick pan and mix china grass with 1 cup water..and leave it for 20 mins till it becomes soft
  4. In another pan keep milk for boiling after 1 boil lower the flame add sugar and cream and keep stirring boil it for 5 mins
  5. On the other hand keep china grass cook till you get a thick paste.
  6. Now off both the flames milk and china grass.
  7. Now mix china grass to the milk and stir it well let it rest for 2_3 mins.
  8. Now add the mango pulp and mix well. - Pour the mixture in glasses or in a setting bowl and let it set at room temperature.
  9. Once set keep it in fridge for 5_6 hours and serve chilled.
