Samosa is one of the most well liked of current trending foods in the world. It is enjoyed by millions daily. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. Samosa is something which I’ve loved my entire life. They are nice and they look fantastic.

To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can have samosa using 25 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

The ingredients needed to make Samosa:
  1. Take Oil for frying
  2. Take Samosa dough
  3. Make ready Refined flour
  4. Prepare Carom seeds/ajwain
  5. Prepare Oil
  6. Make ready Salt

  8. Make ready Samosa stuffing
  9. Get Oil
  10. Prepare Cumin seeds
  11. Prepare Coriander seeds
  12. Take Fennel seeds/saunf
  13. Take hing/asafoetida
  14. Get Ginger finely chopped
  15. Prepare Green chilli finely chopped
  16. Take Green peas
  17. Get Red chilli powder
  18. Take Coriander powder
  19. Take Cumin powder
  20. Take Aamchur(dry mango powder)
  21. Take garam masala
  22. Prepare Boiled potatoes
  23. Make ready Cashew nuts
  24. Get Raisins
  25. Get Coriander leaves finely chopped
Steps to make Samosa:
  1. Take refined flour,oil,salt and carom seeds(ajwain) and make a dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. Now take oil in pan…add cumin seeds,crushed coriander seeds,fennel.seeds,hing let it turn aromatic add ginger and chopped green chilli and saute well.
  3. Now add peas and saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Add red chilli powder,coriander powder,cumin powder,aamchur,garam masala,crushed peppercons,salt and saute on low flame till it turns aromatic.
  5. Add boiled potatoes and mix well while mashing slightly till it holds perfect texture……add cashew nuts,raisins and coriander leaves and mix it well.
  6. Now roll the dough into oval shape….cut it into half and give it shape of samosa.
  7. Fry it on low to medium flame.
  8. Samosa are ready to serve.
