Prepare 4 Boiled potatoes
Make ready 100 Chesse/paneer
Take 2 Chopped green chillies
Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder

Take 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Make ready 1/2 tsp Chat masala
Prepare 2 tsp Coriander leaves
Make ready 5 tsp Plain flour/maida
Get as needed Oil for frying kofta
Make ready handful Chopped cashew
Take FOR PUREE
Prepare 2 tsp Oil
Make ready 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Take 1 inch Cinnamon stick
Take 1 Bayleaf
Make ready 2 Cloves
Make ready 2 Green cardamom
Make ready 5 Black pepper
Make ready 2 Onion
Prepare 3 Tomatoes
Prepare to taste Salt
Make ready 4 tsp Chopped cashew
Take FOR GRAVY
Prepare 1 tbspn Oil
Take 1 tsp Butter
Make ready 1 tsp Red chilli powder
Make ready 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
Make ready 2 tsp Coriander powder
Take 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Prepare to taste Salt
Get 1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
Take as needed Malai/cream
Steps to make Malai kofta:
Firstly take boil potato and mash them..
Add grated cheese/paneer, green chilies,coriander leaves,salt,garam masala,chat masala,ginger garlic paste and red chilli powder.mix well
Next add the plain flour and mix well.and knead into a smooth dough.
Take a little portion of dough and take a little dry flour on hands to flatten it into a bowl shape.
Then place 1-2 chopped cashews in seal from all sides into a ball or kofta.
Roll into dry flour and keep aside.prepare all kofta in similar way.
Keep all kofta in a plate aside and heat oil to shallow fry.
Fry all kofta on medium flame by adding one by one.
After a min or so start turning kofta so that it cooks evenly from all sides.once golden brown,take out on paper towel.keep kofta aside and prepare for puree.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,cinnamon,bayleaf, cloves,green cardomom,black pepper then add onion, chopped tomatoes and cashews.
Cover and cook until tomatoes soften.switch off the flame and let it cool.blend into a puree and strain puree.
For gravy
Heat of oill with little butter add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder mix and immediately add in the blended puree add coriander powder,turmeric powder,salt mix well.cover and cook until oil separates. open lid and mix
Add garam masala, dried fenugreek leaves and mix well.
Now add malai and mix it.cover and cook for 2-3 min until oil separates.
Open lid and chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
Gravy is ready to serve.
Place kofta in a serving plate& pour hot gravy covering
