The ingredients needed to make Eid ke pakwan:
  1. Prepare All daly(lentils)
  2. Make ready 1 one cup
  3. Make ready 3 kg Mutton
  4. Take 6 Tomatoes
  5. Prepare Green Coriander
  6. Get 250 g Green chilli
  7. Take 400 g Onions
  8. Get 100g Garlic
  9. Get to taste Salt+ red chilli +termirac+Whole haran masala according
  10. Take 1 cup Fry onion
  11. Get cup Oil3
  12. Make ready 1 cup Rice
  13. Prepare 2 cup Whole wheat
  14. Prepare 1 cup Sagodana
Instructions to make Eid ke pakwan:
  1. Add mutton in pan half spices,green chilli onion garlic tomato and water.cook 2 hours then meat is ready add oil and fry it.
  2. All night soak lintels,whole wheat sagodana and rice.add water and boile all togather add half spices, onion garlic tomato.cook 2 hours.till it tender
  3. Meat add in to lintels and cook it 30mins. Grind it.after grind cook it 15 mins. It's ready.now garnish with Coriander and fry onion.
