The ingredients needed to make Amla Pickle:
  1. Get 10-15 Amle(Indian Gooseberry)
  2. Take 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
  3. Make ready 1 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
  4. Take 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  5. Take 2 tsp Onion Seeds
  6. Take 3 tbsp Aachar Masala
  7. Prepare 4-5 tbsp Mustard Oil
  8. Get Pinch Asafoetida
  9. Make ready Salt as per taste
Instructions to make Amla Pickle:
  1. Boil the amla, in sufficient water., Remove the seeds, and cut into wedges.
  2. Now apply salt and turmeric and put aside to be dry for 1/2hr.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, onion seeds, and asafoetida.
  4. As these start crackling, add aachar masala, and amla. Mix it well.
  5. Keep it for cool down, and fill in the jar. Our pickle is ready.
