  12. Take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  13. Get 1 pinch hing
  14. Get 1 bunch curry leaves
  15. Prepare 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
  16. Get 1 tablespoon mint
  17. Get For tempering :
  18. Prepare 1 tbsp Oil
  19. Take 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  20. Prepare 1/4 tsp Fennel seeds
  21. Get 1 bunch curry leaves
  22. Get 1 tbsp chopped onion
Instructions to make Green moong sprout Chutney:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and then add urad dal and roast the same.
  2. Now Add the tomatoes and onion.
  3. After that add coconut, tamarind, garlic, ginger and dried chillies, one by one, saute well until golden brown.
  4. Add the sprouted green moong and saute well.
  5. Now add the curry leaves, coiriander leaves and puthina and saute well.
  6. Then add salt, hing, turmeric powder and saute in a low flame for 5 minutes.
  7. Once the mixture cools down,  grind in a mixer jar.
  8. Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard, fennel,  curry leaves and onion and saute well. Add this  to chutney and mix well.
  9. Sprouted green moong chutney ready.
