  1. Roast amla in oil
  2. Roast until it becomes brown and soft.
  3. Roast Methi and cumin seeds, grind it well
  4. Boil oil.
  5. Turn off the stove, add chilli powder, salt, turmeric, grinded Methi and cumin powder into it, add roasted amla into it. Mix it well.
  6. Squeeze juice from lemons into a bowl.
  7. Mix the lemon juice into it. Mix it well. Serve chutney with rice/chapathi /pulka /roti.
