Instructions to make Savoury Baked Samosa Beauties:
  1. Mix Stuffing ingredients in a bowl and keep ready. Take 1/2-cup maida in a bowl add 1-tbsp butter & salt as per taste mix well and add cold water as needed and knead a white dough. Keep it for15-mins. Rest.
  2. For yellow colour take 1/2-cup of maida in a bowl add 1/2-tsp turmeric powder 1-tbsp butter, salt as per taste and knead a dough with needed cold water and prepare yellow colour dough, keep it aside for 15 minutes rest. Similarly prepare red colour dough with same measurements but with beetroot juice.
  3. Keep all the 3 colours dough ready. Mix mayonnaise and tomato sauce in a bowl as dip for samosa.
  4. Roll all the three colour dough and cut into equal round shaped poor. Place 4-white poori overlapping and in center fiil the Stuffing stick opposite sides applying water and roll gently to form 🌹 shape.
  5. Similarly prepare all the 3 Colourful roses and keep aside
  6. Grease muffin tray and place all the ready roses in a tray and Bake the roses in preheated oven at 180⁰ for 40 min. Or till baked properly.
  7. Remove from the oven unmould the Beautiful savoury Baked Samosa in a plate garnish with spreading dip and sprinkling sweetcorn chopped green capsicum and chilli flakes.
