Instructions to make Chicken Tikka Biryani:
Cinnamon Stick, Star Anise, Black Cardamom, Cloves. Make fry until it aroma start come. Then add Tomato, Red Chilli powder, Salt, Shan Chicken Tikka Masala,
Garam Masala, Yogurt, Cumin seed. Cook it until Oil comes up. - Now take water in pot. Boiled it then add soaked sela rice in it. When rice cooked completely drain remain water.
Now place flat pan on stove and put on boiled rice pot. Now take out half rice in other bowl. Place layer of prepared curry,
Also add Mint leaves, Coriander leaves. Then cover it with the bowl rice. Add Clarified Butter, sprinkle some yellow food colour, Rose Essence &
Chicken tikka. Place aluminum foil in center & place warm coal on foil. Pour some drop oil. Cover it and cook it 15 minutes at low flame (dum per pakaien). - Chicken tikka biryani is ready. Serve with Raita & Salad..
