Instructions to make Butter Chicken Tikka Rice:
  1. Rice ko saaf kar ke 15 minutes ke liye bhigo dain.
  2. Pan mein butter,Oil and onion dal ke fry karein.
  3. Add cumin seeds, black peppercorns, cloves and cinnamon stick onion golden ho jaye dry Plum add karein.
  4. Leftover chicken tikka add karein add, salt, crushed coriander, black pepper powder green chillies
  5. Add water as required.(rice mein apny hisab se water add karein). And add chicken cube. (Cube mein salt hota ha is liye salt thora add karein).
  6. Pani ko boil aye to rice Ka pani nikal ke dal dain. Medium heat per cover kar ke cook hony dain.
  7. Cover hata ke check karein jab pani dry hony lagy coriander and green chillies chopped dal ke dam per rakh dain flame low kar dain.
  8. After 8-10 minutes dam hata ke rice ko achy se mix karein.
  9. Yummy rice ready hain. Serve hot with raita.
