1. In a pan add 2 tbsp oilve oil and saute onion and garlic together
2. Add salt, paprika, black pepper and red chilli flakes to it and mix for a few seconds. Switch off flame.
3. In a food processor add bread slices and the onion mixture prepared earlier and chop well.
4. Add to it 1 egg and chicken cube and chop again.
5. Take this out in a bowl and add chicken mince to it.
6. Mix it gently with hands. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil if needed.
7. Keep this mixed mixture marinated for 2 hours while covered.
8. Make patties with the marinade and shallow fry in little oil.
9. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayo on the base. Then place lettuce then patty then onion and tomato rings then pepperoni and cheese slice. Drizzle some chilli garlic sauce on top. Cover with bun.
