If you like, divide this into two and make two Loaf Cakes. Or just a single one in a square baking pan just as I did. It's absolutely up to you.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 35-40 minutes or until done. Enjoy it with a Chocolate Ganache on top. Just add everything mentioned under Ganache making and microwave. Mix well and drizzle it on the top. Slice and serve. Yum!

I added little water to it to dilute it. This was the most delicious, moist cake I have ever made. I covered it with ganache and then fondant and it turned out wonderful. Didn't put the oil in but it appeared not to need it. Chocolate Mud Cake is a dense, fudgy chocolate cake with a tight crumb.
