  1. First of all put the mango, icing sugar and water into a pan, heat the pan and bring it to a simmer.
  2. Next take the biscuits and pop them into a plastic bag, close the end and bash the biscuits with a rolling pin so they become a fine crumb. Add the butter to a fine another pan, heat it so it melts and add the biscuits mixing well assuring that all the pieces are coated with the butter.
